David specialises in food quality compliance and risk management. He works closely with FMCG and SMEs to help them meet food safety requirements, from HACCP to integrated compliance management systems like FSSC 22000.

He spent 18 years with Diageo plc and has vast experience in implementing risk management and quality and supply chain improvements across Africa, Latam, Caribbean, USA and Europe. He now runs his own consultancy, FQC Solutions.
