Craig Duckham

Craig is an experienced project and business manager. Consultancy projects have included developing microencapsulation solutions from concept through to production and supply of ingredients with modified release profiles and improved shelf life stability. He has experience in flavour/taints evaluation having worked widely with the global food and beverage sector. He has a PhD in plant sciences which underpins his work in natural products chemistry and analysis.
