Chris Lawson
Chris is an expert in the chemistry, functionality and application of polysaccharides in the food and pharmaceutical industries. He joined Tate & Lyle initially to develop microbial polysaccharides and later, as a senior research manager, helped to develop Xanthan Gum, surfactants and Sucralose. Subsequently he was a founder of Dextra Laboratories and currently he works with Carbosynth, both specialists in glycobiology.
